The new building will provide corporate offices for an organization dedicated to helping businesses prosper. The first floor will feature a combination of retail and restaurant space. Office space will occupy Floors 2-7. One show-stopping feature is the cantilevered sixth floor conference room with a grand view of the eastern horizon. Interior architecture is currently in development.
